Music Feature: "Kore Kara da! / Ashita Tenki ni Naare" by Kobushi Factory

Reading Time: 3 minutes

New single of Kobushi Factory. Yeeee!

I anticipated this single very much especially after everything the group went through. The things that happened last year was really terrible, and I do hope the group won’t be remembered as that idol group with multiple scandals in a span of few months. I’m not hoping for much with this single, but I do like it if it consists of really good songs.

  3. Kore Kara da! (Instrumental)
  4. Ashita Tenki ni Naare (Instrumental)

This is Kobushi Factory’s 5th single and their first single with a 5nin line-up. It was released on March 28, 2018 in 5 editions: 2 regular and 3 limited.

My Thoughts:

Kore Kara da!

I like this song.

I could easily say that this song is a Kobushi Factory song. It has that feel similar to their other releases. It doesn’t have the same powerful effect on me compared to their old songs, but the lyrics hits home so I have no complaints. I’m a bit weirded out by the ‘rap’ parts in the refrains. I don’t mind them after a few listens later, but it definitely confused me when I first heard it. I was also taken aback with my bae Reirei’s beatboxing, I mean, WTF I didn’t know she could beatbox. Her performance was a nice touch to the song. My favorite part is definitely the unison singing near the end. That definitely gave me alot of hopeful and positive feels.

The arrangement of the song is quite complex. I could hear guitar rifts and some beats, its sounds good on speakers but a bit messy when I listen to my earphones. I really really like the distribution of the singing parts. Now that they are 5 and not 8, each one of them have enough parts. Each one of them shined in their respective parts, I’m so glad. Its not hard to transition from 8 to 5 cuz, unsurprisingly, the remaining members are the stable and really good singers of the group. Their unison singing is still as powerful as ever.

Overall, the song is great but its not as strong as their previous singles. I still like it and its definitely a good song to start a new era of the group. Can’t wait to see this live.

Ashita Tenki ni Naare

Oh boiiiiiiiiii!!! THE INTRO IS LIT!!

Damn, I like this better than the previous song. The powerful effect is totally present, those motivational lyrics and the singing of the members was really amazing. Uuugggghhh The distribution of the singing parts are to die for. Its too perfect. Each member shined. It just shows how well this group sings. This song is so good.

I did notice something with the song. The song feels like a C-ute song, or a song that was supposed to be part of C-ute’s discography. The intro gave it away, its too C-ute. I am happy though. Kobushi Factory deserves this song. It fits them really well.

Ooohohohohoho, this single didn’t disappoint. I really really like both of the songs, especially Ashita Tenki ni Naare. I think the only thing I’m a bit sad was the lack of dance in this single. I did saw some dance in Kore Kara da, but I can’t really tell. In Ashita Tenki ni Naare, the dance was uuuhhhhh underwhelming. It was more of hand gestures to compliment them singing using a mic stand.

Still, both songs are worth to be checked out. The songs delivers a motivational and uplifting message of not giving up and looking forward to the future. It fits well with everything that is going on with the group.

If you like uplifting and positive vibes songs, this is definitely within your alley. Please check them out. They deserve alot of love.

Anyways, that is all.

Thanks for reading!!

I need to share some Reirei gif moments :3
