My thoughts:

Please explain to me why this anime got adapted?? Cuz I’m still trying to wrap my head around this piece of …’art’ (trying to be a good reviewer here by not cursing…..he.he.he). This anime is definitely not worth to watch. It’s uniquely generic to  point I can’t even describe it properly. But I’ll still try.

When this anime first aired its pv, I knew its going to be another ‘meh’ anime. But as always, there was a part of me who wants to give this anime a try. Maybe, just maybe, this anime might turn out to be ‘good’, for once. And its not. If you ask me to summarize or make a simple yet understandable description of the series, I can easily make one. ‘Its an isekai anime, with an OP main character that has a cellphone, and he attracts all the girls in the series’. Yep, that’s my description. I pretty much summarized it well. And from that one line description, you can already think of a tons of old to modern animes with the same premise. This anime was that generic. To be honest, the only thing that made this series standout from others was the fact that the main character has a cellphone. That’s all.

The story, was yeah, pretty generic. No matter how much I look at it, its too bland and generic. But I did find it quite similar in some ways to Konosuba. An MC guy along with bunch of girls, doing some quests and meet new people. Its quite similar on the surface level, its just that in Konosuba, its more of like a deconstruction of the genre, the isekai genre that has magic & adventure attached to it. While this anime, is the bland, black & white colored version of Konosuba. I really don’t want this anime to be compared to Konosuba, but every time I watch an episode, it makes me remember how bad this anime is compared to Konosuba. Sigh.

For the characters, hhhhhmmmm….. they are bland and predictable. I think the only thing I find interesting was the main character. He’s to OP. Too overpowered. He has everything. I think the only problem I have for him is the fact he is too perfect. I don’t think I have encountered an anime main character this perfect. He embodies what a main character of a light novel adaptation anime is. All through out the series, I was actually looking for some flaws on his part. Dang, I couldn’t find one.

Overall, this is an average anime. Everything is average, even the spells casted by the characters were average. It was that bland. Did I enjoy it? Uuuuhhhh, not much. I definitely won’t recommend this anime to anyone.

Yep, you read that right. Don’t watch this.

Anyway, thanks for reading.
