Movie Feature: Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?? Movie – Dear My Sister
A “cute girls doing cute things” movie, eh?
I didn’t expect this anime would have a movie sequel. The series ended well and I haven’t heard any news about the existence of this movie and yet here we are, me reviewing this.

I had always adored Gochuumon Usagi desu ka?? series. The characters were really cute, the story was cute and everything was very cute. This anime had brought alot of fuwa fuwa feelings to me and I cherish them greatly.
I expected the movie to be the same with the series in a lot of ways and I was right. The cuteness of the anime was still overwhelming and I can’t stop smiling while watching. All the characters that were relevant in the series were, at some point, appeared in the movie. The art and animation too was quite similar to the anime so I am happy about it.
The story, however, was quite new and interesting. Kokoa went back home to her hometown to help out her family in their business, and the remaining lead characters live out the rest of the days trying to fill the void of Kokoa’s absence with their cuteness. I really like that in this movie we got to see Kokoa’s family and her relationship with her mom and sister. We also got to see her as the little sister for a change. It was nice. I also liked the bonding moments of the other lead characters all through out the movie while Kokoa was absent. Her absence was indeed felt, but rather than moping around, they bonded together and become closer.
I really like the little cute heartwarming moments of the characters and they also never fail to make me laugh.
Overall, this movie was full of cuteness. Fluffyness overload. I guess, I could only recommend this to people who had seen the series already to be able to appreciate this simple joy of a movie.
Anyway, that’s it for now.
Thanks for reading.
